  • I am ok so far, but next week I have 4 parties!! And I love wine on such occasions. So, I think I'm going to eat less, exercise more and drink loads!!! :laugh: I wont eat a chocolate tho, cos that's a slippery slope for me!! I've decided to give them up until Easter :noway:
  • Eat more! When you get near your goal you body needs more calories to be happy and let go! Don't set your deficit to more than half pound per week, and eat those exercise cals. Much more important when you have less to lose. The forums have lots of advice about this :flowerforyou:

  • I did the 5 day Inferno plan. Turbo Fire. Lots of exercise - 1200 cals per day. I was never hungry and had a lot more energy!   • I usually have a sandwich with 2 wholemeal slices, ham, salad. However, I'm following the 5 day Inferno plan for 5 days tho, so today I had a tuna salad with lettuce, rocket, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, scallions and low cal dressing - it made a nice change :bigsmile:
