  • I'm saving this too! I wonder if honey in place of the sweetener would be good even if it increases the calorie count. I think they would make an amazing breakfast sandwich to put cooked egg whites, etc. on. Thanks for sharing this!
  • I have the BodyMedia Fit Link and I really am happy with it. It is very accurate and the information it provides is extensive and usable. I've had it since early December and it has helped me figure out what works for me personally. I'm almost to my goal! :0)

  • How about an egg white omelette at Waffle House or IHOP, or chili from Wendy's and baked potato with salsa. Subway does flatbread egg white omelets too that are high in protein and low cal. :0)
  • When you stand at stare at the pizza you just splurged on because you ate light all day to bank the calories and then are stumped because they cut it in squares instead of the usual pie shaped wedge slices and now you have no idea how much you can have due to the change in the size of the pieces!   • If you can pinpoint a point on your burn readout that you know was vigorous for you, you can note what mets level that was and adjust your scale down to that threshold in your settings. Hope that helps!
