Daily. I get mad about the number but in a way, it pushes me to try harder.

I'm a few weeks into a change and the only thing I have experienced is weight gain. I know this and I have to keep reminding myself because it's a big deal breaker but... you're gonna gain before you lose. You're gonna gain muscle under the fat then the muscle will burn it and that takes time. Before my recent reboot, I…

I hate two things. Rubbing thighs and batwings... if you know what I mean.

Awesome! I have the same goal. I'm adding you!

I have this problem too. The scale doesn't help much but I can't help myself. I have to check. I should just stash it for a while. Anyway, I've been working at this weight loss since August of 2012. So far I've lost only 10lbs. I'm quite disappointed. My youngest is about to be one and I'm 5lbs away from that pre-pregnancy…

You're welcome to add me also. I'm 25, working mother of 3, and let me tell ya, the beginning always seems to be the hardest. I've been stuck at the beginning for months!

This would be awesome!

If you really wanna add it, I say document it as cleaning.

Size 12 is too big for me. I'm 5ft. My ideal weight would be somewhere along 105? I think that maybe too small, but I may change my mind when I get there. At my heaviest, I wore a size 14 and I hated it. After having my baby earlier this year, I was forced to put on those size 14's again. I was not happy.

The same things I do every week... except probably call off on Friday. If it's the last day to live, I wouldn't be working.

I maintain the weight, give it a week or two then pick up again.

I'm about 5ft. I say about because I'm actually under, but not 4'11". XD When I first started, I walked at 2mph and ran at 4mph. Right now, I walk at 3.5mph and 4.8 without wearing myself out. After I made it a normal routine, I added in strength training with my bodybuilder husband, but he's got it stuck in his head that…

I have a friend who had her first baby and was able to lose all the weight and more. Then after having her second, reached her healthy weight of 100lbs over the summer. This happened all in a course of 3 years. If she can do it, I can too. When I feel like I'm not in the mood, I click on her FB and it sparks me again.…

Most likely... but it will probably just be for dinner. The rest of the day will be spent with kids and their presents.

Maybe you should be eating more. I read somewhere that not eating enough could put your body in starvation mode resulting in lowering your metabolism. So grab a bit when you're hungry. Just make it something healthy. Yesterday, I went through a point of counting calories and still hungry later. Sure, I ate more calories…

Hey everyone! I'm 25 and a mother of 3 with the youngest being 9 months old. I hope to be down to 135 by her first birthday in February and down to 120 by my 26th birthday in May. Currently weigh 143lbs.

HEY! I'm new here too. Also a working mother(of 3). I try getting my exercise in at night after the kids are asleep or when they take naps during the day. You may be tired then, but a 15 minute walk is better than nothing!
