Newbie/friends/question

So Hello, I am new here. Need all the motivation I can.

my story, single mother of 2 (last one born 2 months ago), I have rather lost a good bit of weight just from nursing (Yay! lol) looking to lose more and keep it off.

What is the best way to get exercise in with 2 children (one 3yr old and one 2 month old) I work a 8a-5p job sitting. most exercise i get is walking up 2 flights of stairs 4 times a day to pump and carrying the car seat back and forth from the car twice a day. lol sometimes i go do a brisk run/walk at lunch but other than that I feel like I never have time. Any suggestions?

  • HEY! I'm new here too. Also a working mother(of 3).

    I try getting my exercise in at night after the kids are asleep or when they take naps during the day. You may be tired then, but a 15 minute walk is better than nothing!
