  • The chocolate chip cookie Luna bar is really good. I also enjoy the mousse cups (I have no clue the name) or the chocolate jello cups from the grocery store. I cannot buy chocolate bars or anything like that because I will demolish them instantly. I am a TRUE chocoholic.
  • Anyone can run 5k. Just have fun with it. Walk when you need to and enjoy the company. i'm doing the Colour Me Rad 5K this summer. Its my "treat" run with my husband. Really excited.

  • Hello! I'm Victoria, From the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and have been running on and off for maybe 6 years now. I only started getting serious about my running in November of 2013 when i decided to sign up for some races in 2014 to motivate me. I have a 10km race in April, a Half in June and a fun run in July. • Just wanted to say a huge congrats on finishing your first half marathon! What an accomplishment! I also want to point out the ignorance of your doctor. You cant train for an outdoor race solely indoors. Your long runs should be done outside to help your body adjust to different terrain. If you have to run inside make sure…
  • Good luck! My sister in law ran this a few years back and said it was one of the hardest runs she had. But what an accomplishment!
  • Yes the body retains water during your period. Ever notice you feel super bloated and fat right around your period? Ya thats hormones. You lose it once Aunt Flow pisses off.
  • This month Aunt Flow came to visit and turned me into a chocolate craving nut case who cried while watching the Thor movie and forgot why she married her husband for one day. I exercised as much as I could. It helps with cramps and if you DO need to give in to a small chocolate craving you make up for it with the exercise.…
  • Happy to join : ) 1. Run my first 10K in April 2. Run my first 1/2 Marathon in June. 3. Run my first 5K fun run with my husband in July. 4. Log 20K a week 5. Log 1000K this year Increasing my pace will be a work in progress for 2015. The end of 2013 saw my first 10K run so i'm just starting to enter the longer distances.
  • I'm down for this. I already set a goal of 100k by Jan 4th. 14.7k complete so far this week. 9% complete with this goal according to runkeeper.
  • I think you are talking about the 30 Day Shred and her newer Ripped in 30. Very similar, but yes one is newer and in my opinion, harder and a better work out.
  • 34DD here. I always had to double up. Then i tried the Nike Dri-Fit. I will never look for another sports bra again.
