Try squatting DEEPER. *kitten* to the grass. when you go lower you end up using more of the glutes. At least, thats what I've found. I'm 5'4" and I'm about 130 lbs. My size is usually 2-7. it just depends on which brand of jeans I'm wearing and the cut. I have a more muscular lower body frame and i cannot wear certain jeans anymore.

I've been at the same gym for about 2 years. I always see tons of people for January - the new years resolution. My gym thins out by February. But, it stays a constant level until about now.
