Thank you guys so much. I just do 35 mins on the elliptical 3-4 days a week. I completely cut out sodas and juices, just water and 2% milk every once and a while. I don't eat fast food and barely eat at restaurants. And I actually shop In the produce section. My BMI calculator said all the way down to 115 pounds is normal.

I have been taking it for 11 days and I have lost 13 pounds... mainly because it makes me not want to eat at all. I take 1 in the am and 1 with lunch. I worked out yesterday for twice as long as I would normally do. It's awesome! Where has this been all my life?! :)

I have heard that "zig-zagging" your calorie intake helps. Keeping the same amount of calories per week just dropping and raising them each day. You can google it. :)

Palmer's Cocoa Butter has a skin firming lotion.. I don't know if it works though. I just started using it a couple days ago. I hope you find something that works!
