10 pounds lost and not noticing....
Hello, I just hit my 10 pounds lost mark and I can't tell a difference in my body. I didn't take pictures of before and I wish I would have. Is this normal with your first 10? Just so you all remember, we ARE human and we do make mistakes. Personally, I think that someone can let themselves have whatever they want IN MODERATION. That does not make someone less of an adult. If you want to bad mouth someone, make sure you don't weigh 100 pounds more than they do... Literally. :)

Diet "Cheat Day" truths... Advice/Suggestions?
So I have not "cheated" on my diet yet. However, I have read in a few places online that a cheat day is necessary for your body to continue to lose weight. Morning Pre-Workout Food
What is the best thing to eat before your morning workout routine? I don't eat a standard breakfast, I usually just eat a piece of fruit and have coffee. But I'm going to do an early morning workout and I don't want to feel like passing out. But of course, it has to be something lean. Thanks for your input!!
