Morning Pre-Workout Food

What is the best thing to eat before your morning workout routine? I don't eat a standard breakfast, I usually just eat a piece of fruit and have coffee. But I'm going to do an early morning workout and I don't want to feel like passing out. But of course, it has to be something lean. Thanks for your input!!

    Before a workout you want to eat something light like a banana, berries or an orange. You eat you're lean protein within an hour after working out.
