Ever take a cycle class? You have a warm up and cool down period followed by stretching. This is the same when using weights. You have a 45 minute window to drink or eat a high protein meal to replenish the muscle fibers you just broke down. Also potassium and electrolytes will help with soreness recovery.

at the gym they are held by spring clamps for barbells. Then they have dumbells by weight. I have seen a plastic clamp but don't remember where. Just keep looking or buy some designated dumbells. I'm new here, whats NROL4W program?
