Is there a quick way to get weights on and off?

I work out at home with dumbbells and barbells and the weight plates are held on with a threaded screw type thing, it takes forever to spin them on and off when I'm doing my NROL4W program in between every exercise. Is there something I can buy thats quicker? I went to Big 5 sporting goods and they had spring clips for a 1" bar and that's the right size but it doesn't even begin to hold the weights tight enough, any suggestions? What do gyms have on theirs?

at the gym they are held by spring clamps for barbells. Then they have dumbells by weight.
I have seen a plastic clamp but don't remember where. Just keep looking or buy some designated dumbells.
I'm new here, whats NROL4W program?0 -
New Rules of Lifting for Women, thanks, I guess I'll look online, see what I can find.0

Look up Lock Jaw Collars on Amazon... that's what I have and I LOVE them! So easy.
EDIT: I only use them on barbells though... not dumbbells.0 -

I use the lockjaws too. They're great. I had a tough time finding the right size though. Most of them are made for an olympic barbell, but they do make them for 1" bars.0
