Last week: 187 This week: 182 I started new medications last week because of hormone imbalance, at least one has a diuretic effect. So much of those five pounds lost were water. Thus, nothing to be worried about.

I lost maybe .5 pounds, but the doctor's scale makes that hard to tell. So still 190. I seem to like to lose inches but not weight.

Weight is still 190 as of Wednesday. I took my measurements like I do every two weeks and I've lost an additional 3 inches. Making for six pounds lost since early December, but 14 inches lost.

The amount of meat I can have is about four ounces. Cheese, cottage cheese, and eggs also count as meat. I just went to the store, but plan to go shopping some more tomorrow so I'll pick up some edamane, beans, and quinoa for my starch. Thanks for your help.
