Does anyone know where I can buy BPC beans in Ontario? I've checked a few health food stores with no luck, maybe there's a chaint that carries I'm not aware of.

Personally I just increased my speed (treadmill) by 0.2 at a time per week or two. Eventually after a few months I could run much faster and breath easier while doing so.

I know it's hard but you have to change the way you think/feel about weight loss. There is no finish line, yes we want to get fit and lose weight but it takes time no matter what. I wanted to be fit ASAP but what ended up happening is that I started to enjoy the process and now believe I'll never get bigger again. This is…

Patience! It takes time, just like it did to make the love handles. If eating less is too hard then don't, you'll burn out faster. Consistency + patience + hard work = results and long term hotness :-) They are answering your question about how to get rid of love handles, which is calorie deficit (general weight loss). No…

I use the treadmill daily and had to lower my incline to 1 because it was killing my knees. Incline is hard on the joints. You'll burn plenty of calories to help in weight loss but not build much muscle. Perhaps a little strength training could be added, doesn't take long and does the body a lot of good to keep everything…

I have tried everything from special exercises to eating certain foods over the years and the only thing that ever worked was losing weight in general. It took forever (it felt like forever) but then they came off pretty quickly.

Perhaps your body is losing weight but gaining temporary water weight in your tummy...? I've had 2 kids (18 months postpartum) and it took months before my tummy had any strength. It's almost flat now but the muscles seem to be in a different state than before I had kids.

I also do HIIT when running or stationary bike. For running I log the amount of time at different speeds. For the bike I just log very vigorous effort.

80 lbs but am going for 90 lbs tonight. Once the muscles at the base of my neck (whatever they're called) got bigger the bar no longer caused discomfort. I built my own padding :-)

I bought vanilla whey powder (body fortress) from wal-mart, it doesn't taste super great but it's cheap, has lots of protein, low in sugar, no fake sugar and low in carbs. I mix with water, sometimes milk. I take after my lifting sessions which are in the evening, days I don't lift I don't take any, just eat regularly. As…

I added weight lifting when I hit a plateau, that changed everything. Also, changing your exercise once in a while seems to help. I went from endurance running to interval running (slow fast slow fast repeat) and that gave me more energy and seems to have leaned me out a little more. I also think you are doing great, give…

Yes do any cardio in HIIT form, that means go slow, fast, faster, slow, fast, faster repeat. Also add 2-3 full body weight lifting sessions, this will sculp you as well as help lean you out. If it's a strapless dress, pushups will do wonders for your arms, shoulders and back.

This plus glute kick backs and hip abductions using the cable machine, tricep extentions and one arm dumbell rows. Sometimes I do the clean & jerk to save time instead of squat, deadlift and shoulder press.

I didn't have a c section but have had 2 kids. I was rather surpised how much fat was in the lose hanging skin because as the weight went down so did the flappy-ness. It's now a pooch but continues to skrink as I weight lift and run. Perhpas it won't be as bad as you imagine. I am hoping that once all the tummy fat is gone…

amount of exercise depends on your goals. If you want to just lose weight you can do it with diet alone. If you want to be able to eat a little more you can walk off some the calories so you can eat 1300 cal/day. If you want to sculp your body so once the weight is off you have a firm round shape than yes exercise is good.…

Me too! I'm not following that book per say but my routine is similiar.

When I was that age I signed up for a kick boxing class for women a few blocks from my highschool. Loved it! Also, boxing. It can be very empowering for a girl to learn things like this plus she'll "tone up" as well. This was at a kickboxing/boxing place so the people there were athletic and not dieters, good role models…

Hi, first time moms get baby showers and second time around it's called a sprinkle because it's smaller gifts and mostly just a lovely get together. In this case I think a real baby shower is a must. If you can't throw it don't worry, most ladies get a small one from their coworkers. Just mail the gift and make a point of…

I breast fed for 10 months and didn't lose any weight (except for right after the birth) until I stopped breastfeeding. I hate that everyone tells us it will cause weight loss, made me feel like I must be a real pig to lose nothing. Good luck.

Hi, I am a 29 year old female who is now in pretty good shape. I think it really depends when you are going. I usually go in the evening at 7:30 and there are lots of "bros" there watching themselves pump iron. I switched it up for a while and went in the morning on weekends and it was all elderly people in the machines…

I run during my lunch hour about 5 days per week. I also go to the gym about 3 times per week for 45 min. During my 45 min I do this: -5 min cardio warm up -10 min upper body work (bench, flyes, chin up, shoulder press, dumbells rows, tricep extentions) -10 min lower body work (squats, deadlifts, step ups) -10 compound or…

Hi, I'm not sure I understant the question. You lose weight by performing the activities regularly, burns calories, builds muscle and increase metabolism by increase your body's need for calories due to having more lean muscle mass. Strength training leans you out and sculps your body you instead of just getting small you…

Hi there, I am not an expert ok. If you are using lower weights and or body weight I would do that 3 times per week. If you lift heavy 1-3 times per week. I would also add 2 days of cardio, more if you feel up to it. I would not do intense cardio on the same days as your do weight training unless you are only lifting small…

Do intervals, it keeps it interesting and occupies your mind a little while you prepare for the next speed. Or try weight lifting, time flies.
