I've started the regimen before but only got to week three or four. After a short spell of not running I started up again with less directionand vigor but I've been slacking. I think it's time for concerted effort again. I'd love having company with that - also stuck inside on a treadmill thanks to this weather.

Often I find I'm still full when I wake up so I just wait to eat until I do feel hungry. Then I'll have a snack to hold me over until lunch.

I think the point of the ' healthy at every weight ' movement is to convince people who are overweight to start taking steps to become more healthy without focusing on what the scale says - giving examples of how to become healthier without putting pressure on them for something they probably already have personal issues…

My cousin said the same thing. I remember playing along but I knew my mom never held her breath when we did that so it couldn't be true.

If you don't eat up to 1200 calories in a day you won't see the weight loss. Try to keep eating until your intake is at 1200. If you want your net calories to be less than that still eat at least that many calories but exercise some of them off. Oh, and might you just be plateauing?
