Super job! Congrats on your success!

It is completely an individual thing. Don't listen to those who are adamant that weighing daily is "bad". Daily weighing keeps me a lot more honest than weighing once a week would. You can weigh yourself daily, weekly, monthly, or whatever else floats your boat. There is no right or wrong way.

For recipes go to nomnompaleo.com. I personally don't cut out all artificial sugars, but I definitely try to limit them. I'd say if you were going to consume them, beverages would be better than food items. I use a little in coffee and still have diet soda once in a while.

Fantastic progress! Great one month transformation!

Like others, I think MarksDailyApple.com is a great introduction. Mark Sisson's approach is a little less strict than other versions that fall under the Paleo umbrella. Take a look around that website and you will learn all you need to know!

I just did a complete redesign of my entire blog and am quite proud of it! Completely rebranded it with a new logo. www.robsredemption.com

I'm down 25 lbs with Paleo/Primal. Check out MarksDailyApple.com for a HUGE amount of information. The forums there are also very informative. I've cut out the grains but still allow myself some dairy products like greek yogurt.
