I work out 5-6 days a week. I love working out in the mornings! I have not done P90X but I am looking forward to starting it 10/1. All day at work I keep giving myself reasons to not go to the gym afterwork...doing it in the am makes it done and you can be lazy the rest of the day!

My doctor said that they have cleared up and I am good for exercise. The only reason I brought that up is to explain that there were 2 months of me not doing anything. I am now trying to get back into it and it seems that I am not able to do what I used to do. I am looking for suggestions on how to ease back into exercise…

This may be a stupid question....how do you lose inches rather than weight? Just by working out? Is eating healthier more for weight and working out more for inches?
