I'm 5'7" and 130-ish. 105-110 seems really small for an average build. I'd be underweight if I weighed that. If you actually are average build, 120's are good.

There's a limit your body can take, and there's a fine line between pushing yourself to improve, and completely over-doing it. If it's just sore muscles or whatever, push through…

In my opinion, I believe it's better to eat, even if you're not hungry. It doesn't have to be a filling meal or something; just give your body something to "chew" on, especially if you've got calories left. Even if I'm not hungry, I at least go for soup or toast or something. (:

Aww, don't be so hard on yourself! Either way, you're taking a great first step. Like someone else said, plan out a healthy goal weight, adjust your eating and exercise habits, and go from there. Hi! I play volleyball, so I use that for working out during the season. I was in karate (black belt!), but my karate place closed. I go walking when I can, and I sometimes jog. Under 1,200 calories and 2 hours of working out a day is pushing obsessive. 114 at 28 years old, even at 5 feet, is not particularly healthy. That sounds almost like exercise addiction. I'm 5'7, and a few years over half her age, and I'm 130.

Apparently not. o_o Yeah, I know what you mean; I have to try on about 4 different sizes every time I go to get jeans.

Ah, good, it's not just me. xD Funny thing, though; the 1's are super baggy, and the 7's are tight. Same brand, same store, etc. Neither do I; I do NOT trust sizing charts unless I try them on, especially for jeans.
