I don't know how smart this is for you but, It's possible, start running/walking 3x a week for 10 minutes run 2 minutes walk 2 minutes and just increase the running time and decrease the walking time as you progress. Nope, but that could depend on what you mix the protein with. For me some protein mixed with water or low fat milk taste nasty so I like to mix it with whole milk, it's delicious.

I feel bad reading all your post and the healthy things you guys ate this morning. i was out partying so it wasn't the healthiest start. Apart from copious amount of vodka, i had myself a big mac with some french fries.

I'm obviously a dude, but 2000 calories for a pregnant lady sounds a little low. I think you need an additional 300 calories per day on top of what ever your normal consumption would be.
