I recently tried to substitute flour with whey protein in an apple pie. It did not work so well. It was a very "dry" pie, ie - no glaze. I didn't replace all of the flour, only about a third of it.

don't know if you like dance / trance / techno type music but it is definitely "upbeat". I subscribe (for free) to the "trance around the world" / "group therapy" / "above and beyond" podcast. they have some really good music and every podcast is two hours long.... good luck

you sound REALLY busy. maybe you should try foods that are little to no prep. i would totally suggest oatmeal for the breakfast - it is quick to make and keeps you full for quite a while. i would also suggest fruits / vegetables for the 10 am and 3 pm snacks - apples, oranges, bananas, etc... the big thing i learned by…
