I'm running on the treadmill averaging 30 to 40 mins six times a week and take my dog for a fast pace walk for a half hour almost everyday. I'm starting "Curves" this week. That's awesome! I hope to get there soon! I want to eventually start running on the treadmill too. I broke my ankle in 3 places back in April when I was moving out of my apartment (I stepped off the curb wrong when I was carrying a bunch of stuff), and had to have surgery, so I am trying to get some strength back there. Your pictures are an inspiration! At the beginning of 2010 I was 295, then I fractured my ankle in April and was on crutches until June. I ended up losing 25 lbs during that time, and before starting my diet/exercise I gained some back and was up to 280. My goal is 190. What did you do to lose the weight? Keep up the good…

Thank you! Congrats on your weight loss! I plan to weigh in next week for the first time since starting back at the gym and changing my eating habits. I'm hoping for 2-5 lbs lost. What are you doing to lose the weight?
