22 years old 5'7 149 lb goal: 130 lb In December I hurt my back and stopped working out, so I sort of just fell off the wagon so to speak...but I am back! The back still isn't better but I NEED to start tracking my foods again.

I just started 30 Day Shred today... I was doing all right until those last bicycle crunches. They KILLED me!! I am excited to do it again tomorrow though.

Thanks for the replies! Yes I do work in a barn teaching and riding 3x a week and doing the barnwork on the weekend. I will increase my calories. I have trouble finding enough good foods to eat -- I am new to this whole eating well thing and I am a BAD cook. Being healthy for the long term is definitely much more important…

Under Armour actually makes a shirt with a built in scarf sort of thing for cold weather running. It just pulls up over your face.
