strength exercises that won't strain the back
Suggestions? I have a back injury and I just can't lift anything without causing more damage and pain. I am still physically active and can do other things, I just can't pick things up.

Whats bad about it? And how much is optimal? I did go WAY over my MFP number today, but that is not the norm. I do like to sprinkle some salt on my veggies and such though.
