I have been trying to stay away from carbs but somehow still over. I need to get better at measuring food but when your hungry at your desk, counting peanuts is a little hard. Ground turkey and broccoli for lunch and dinner

Okay, I had grilled chicken breast and sauteed green bell pepper, with a little sprinkle of shredded provolone cheese. yummy!!!!! I eat this for lunch or dinner.

Hello. Sometimes I take grilled salmon or chicken breast and cook it and add broccoli, bell peppers, green onion, sliced carrots and add seasoning and use a little bit of olive it and cook it together to make it like stir fry without the rice. I try to find healthy snacks that I can eat and not feel like sad because they are not tasty. well. I used to eat baby carrots and ranch but I was trying to reduce cal and sodium. well baby carrots and garden veggie cream chsese...yummy. Quaker oats mini sweet chili and ranch rice cakes
