im 5ft1 and currently 120lbs and around 17-18% bodyfat. I used to weigh more and i was 128lbs in the beginning of this year and at 20.8% bodyfat, im currently on 1700 calories now however it appears im losing weight at that level, going to give myself another month and adjust my intake based on my exercise
-
i think i might be overexercising too, i noticed somedays i cant sleep and my body feels overheated at night after training
-
i havent had it test, i had it tested when i was 128lbs and it was 20% but it wasnt tested professionally so that was more of an estimate. i lost a few pounds this year so im not sure where its at now, i had this same issue last year and when i put on some weight and maintained the same exercise and my period came back but…

I got my fitbit after I lost all of my weight. I use it now to maintain/bulk up. I weight train 3-5 times a week and do a small amount of cardio as well. For me, it keeps me motivated to stay active and this has definitely made a big difference in the shape of my body. But that all boils down to how hard you are willing to…

you can take a look at my diary for some ideas, i usually break my day up into 4-5 meals
-
the fitbit one is great, only downside to the fitbit in general is that it sometimes measures driving and hills as steps and stairs, other than that, it gives you a good estimate on how much you burn, it makes me feel better about increasing my calories, especially just going by mfp, mfp doesnt account for days that you…

i'd usually snack on berries, low in calories and tasty, i'd also make a large cup of decaf coffee or tea, it helps me relax and get ready for bed.

I cycled alot at max resistance, deadlifts, kettlebells help. I now have really nice and strong legs and very nice shape to them, including a thigh gap which i wasnt expecting to get at all, what most helped me was the cycling.

i am 5ft1 and 118lbs I average around 1530-1650 cals, and up to 1800-2000 on days i work out days to build muscle. After doing this for a month and a half, i have mostly maintained my weight, i am now at 118.6lbs, the scale varied so much during the past 2 months, this has to do with water weight, glycogen, and other…

I have been taking it for months, and it works so well. I take 3mg. I have trouble falling asleep and when i take it, I fall asleep, and if i happen to wake up, i fall back to sleep right away.i have to make sure to get enough sleep otherwise I cant function at work. I never saw any side effects of taking it. Makes me feel…

I have attempted it, however it was too difficult since I couldnt elminate dairy since I rely on dairy as a big part of my protein source, i'd rather "eat clean" than to go on paleo, i didnt have trouble eliminating grains, however you sometimes need to use whole grains since plants tend to be very fiberous and make it…

veggies and berries work pretty well for me

My diary is open too, you guys can add me

lol thats exactly how its making me feel, i count down the mins till my next meal just because it doesnt keep me full and im always on edge and thinking about it. going to try bigger meals now. hope it keeps me full for longer.
-
Im going to try to eat earlier tommorrow to see if it help, and ill also try to combine meal 1+2 on another day to see if it hold me off for longer. i noticed certain foods like greek yogurt does not keep me as full for longer compared to protein from chicken/meat/eggs. idk if others noticed that too
-
My diary is open, been doing alot of fruit, cottage cheese and greek yogurt these past 2 days since i didnt have much prep time, but you can look at the past week, usually by 8:30 im starving, which is 2 hours after my first meal

hi guys, I was thinking of getting the fitbit, how accurate is it in measuring your tdee compared to mfp or other websites?
-
i was thinking of getting a fitbit, i think 1500 sounds pretty good on sedentary days. thanks for the advice
-
That one gives me 1616, so im guessing 1500-1600 is a good range.

i lost 119lbs and the loose skin is hard to prevent, i can grab and pull on it, its not that bad on my arms, so i dont have complaints there, its mostly my belly that frustrates me, makes it difficult for me to stop dieting because i keep thinking that its fat when i know its just loose skin..., so i guess the best option…
-
thats what im starting to do instead, i think bumping cals up as you approach your goal is a good idea, i added in exercise and strength training so i can still lose the last bit of fat but build muscle. and my body is feeling way better on more calories, my mood is improving and my energy as well.
-
Hi, I am 5ft1, max weight was 237(may 2012), now im currently 118 :)
-
Tried them many times, they don't do much to fill you up but are still healthy to use
-
im 5'1 118lbs and trying to figure out maintenance as well, trying to maintain but adding strength training. its difficult but i feel better on more calories now compared to 1200 calories, i have more energy as well which helps with my workouts, and i would even give it 2 months, if it seems like you gained, a deficit for…
