They mess me up big time! If you want something quick and keto/low carb friendly, I would try Quest Bars, theyhave 3 g net carbs and have all natural ingredients, all the ingredients you can pronounce no problem lol! They are really good. I have an addiction.

I think ketosis is the way to go, which most people will not get into unless you are less than about 50-60 g of carbs a day. For me, 25 is my limit. The test strips will show negative once you are "keto-adapted" if you have been eating like this for a year, and have lost weight, as it looks like you have, you are doing great! You could try doing a "fat fast" for a few days, and see if that changes anything.....it looks like you are doing great!! :)
