between both pictures its a 30 lbs difference. Since my all time highest weight last year at 275, I went up and down from 250-275 until I started keto and really started losing. Now I am at the lowest I have ever been while trying to lose weight. I have lost a total of 60lbs so far :) Goodluck on your keto journey! Its…

my guess would be salt intake and lack of water causing water retention.. Maybe wait a couple of days and see if it goes back down.. it's seem unlikely that you would've overate by over 7000 Calories..
What does your macro breakdown end up being like? Also what are your total calories a day? I'm asking these questions bc it seems to really work for you and I might consider it when it comes time to leaning out
I am currently eating between 1200 and 1500 calories per day and my macros are set as follows: 9%…

Firstly congratulations on taking the first step to losing weight again! I am very happy to see you are trying keto this time around! When you start Keto you will need to reduce your carb intake to 50grams or less of NET carbs per day. You can calculate your net carbs by logging the foods you eat and subtracting the grams…

Interestingly enough, this is only a 12 pounds difference. I am getting much faster visual results with the keto diet than with low fat methods I've tried in the past. I believe this could be due to the fact that in ketosis the body uses fat stores to transform them into ketones rather than using glucose in the food we…

It may be due to water retention from your workouts throughout the week? Also I suggest you only weigh yourself once a week, right after waking up after using the bathroom to ensure good and constant recordings. Your weight will fluctuate from day to day so it's best to stick to one day of the week at the same time when…

The big drop was due to water weight. if you think about it and do the math it would be a deficit of 23 800 calories in 1 week which is impossible. Keep at it, its just your second week your body is confused by the change and you need to give it time to adapt to the change. As for carbs, protein intake i would suggest you…

To be honest this is close to impossible unless you're some kind of an athlete that is supposed to eat 4K calories per day... Personally my number 1 rule for weight loss is 80% nutrition, 20%exercise.... you would have to be walking at least 4 hours per day just to burn close to 1000 considering you're not extremely…

I think the best way is to contact that person directly in a private message and find out what his/her goals are and suggest options on how they can achieve them. They wont see it as aggressive and wont feel like your attacking them and saying they are doing it wrong

Pretty sure ive seen that exact episode and honestly some people cant or dont have the motivation to lose the weight on their own. My opinion is kinda mix on this on one hand Id rather try and fail before i decide to risk my life going under the knife but I have been recently thinking about surgery after i lose the weight…
