eat as many times as you want providing you have a deficit. when i am dieting i eat every 2/3 hours simply because i can't stand feeling hungry. when bulking i eat every 4/5 hours

is it possible you are building muscle through exercise, instead of weighing yourself take pictures from front, side and back every 2-4 weeks and compare them, you will then see if you are gaining or losing weight (fat)

dont use the scales they are liars. my advise is to take monthly pictures from front side and back, that way you can see how your body is changing. a pound of muscle is smaller than a pound of fat and often the scales go up rather than down which can blow your mind, but as you exercise you will gain muscle and burn fat.…

i consider clean foods to be more about how you feel from them, if they make you slugish its bad, if you feel full of energy ready to take on anything then its clean, food is just an energy source and thats how i judge it

there is truth in the water thing,,, your body can make you think that you are hungry when you may actually be slightly dehydrated, always have a glass of water with meals

try upping your meals to 5 or 6 a day, eat smaller portions but more often, this will help curb hunger and help increase metabolism

i stalled on low carb diet when i got down to 20% body fat,,,,, i kept my diet same but upped my carbs to 200g in line with my protein intake,,, the weight started dropping again but at a much slower rate.

i hate it when a group of blokes are sat in the weights area chatting and not training taking up machines and benches,,,,,,,, the stench of protein farts gets a bit repulsive too, i try and avoid peak hours at the gym
