I am doing other workouts. I am doing the C25K, daily elliptical, and then trying to get in a 2nd workout every day on top of those- I am mixing up my Biggest Loser Cardio Max, Tae Bo, Shred. My goal is to burn 1000 exercise calories a day.

I've been eating 1400 calories and have lost 8 lbs. I am on week 4 this week, so I am happy with an 8 lb loss. My pants and shorts started falling off me so I finally went and got some new jeans- down from an 18 to a 16. I needed a dress and the 16s were too big and bought two in size 14.

how are you ladies doing? I did more jumping and less modifying in workout 3 today. Went from 325 (my average) to 385 calories burned :) My heart is recovering faster, too.

I use a heart rate monitor and was burning about 325. Today I burned 385 on workout 3 because I did less modifying and more jumping.

Great. I am hoping to lose about the same as you and am starting from about the same size/ lbs. I plan to do a hybrid P90X/ Insanity after I finish so hope to hear how you like the transition to P90X.

I am eating 1400 calories. I changed My Fitness Pal under goals to 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. I do not eat back exercise calories, I try to eat 1400 period. I cannot function on 1200 calories. I am on W2D2. I am sure I am not getting the distance in that others do, but feeling accomplished to just be moving forward. I am so slow, but never thought I could run. I found I was running too fast and once I slowed down I could do the intervals. Love seeing my body improve from what it couldn't do two weeks ago!

thanks! I am determined to run a 5K, although I am the world's slowest runner :) I finally figured out that I can run minute intervals if I slowed down. My kids laugh at how slow I am. And I am fine with that :)

I was doing it and got sick and have not done it at all for three weeks. I am restarting at week 4 this week. I am also doing the Couch to 5K 3 days a week.

I am new here and just completed L1D1. I had to modify it. I was only able to do 20 of each of the sets of jumping jacks. And had to modify the bicycles where I just kept my legs at 90 degrees and did my upper body.
