I am 48. I am doing T25. Today is double day so I have two workouts and am trying to do them back to back. I also walk each evening. I have about 70 lbs to lose and a lot of energy to gain. We can do this!

We went to hawaii for two weeks. We hiked or snorkeled everyday and did a lot of walking. I didnt eat good at all, but still lost 3.6 lbs! I started a new round of T25 on Tuesday. I ran this morning. We have gone to baseball and worked in the garden this evening. I am not having cravings as bad today. I think my body was just adjusting. I am really struggling with cravings the last two days. I am working hard. I drink atleast 10 glasses of water and have greek yogurt, almonds, and fruit with peanut butter for snacks. I dont even have anything bad in the house......but I have a car and want to drive for some bad stuff soooooo bad. I am getting grumpy, too.

Just got back from a hike. It is only 2.2 miles, but we went to the neighborhood on the mountain instead of the trail and walked up a big hill and down then back up and down. I am going to feel this tomorrow!

Amee, I did workout 3 today. Yhise plank walk outs and plank to good mornings are torture. I like back of the body workouts so much better! Bookworm. . Take care! Listen to your hubbie, when they say to stop and rest we need to listen and give our body that time to recharge. I didnt workout today. We took everything out of the laundry room and cleaned it and i painted it. Tomorrow we will reload it all back in and organize it. I just let my workout go.
