    This looks good. I really need a kick up the backside when it comes to exercise as I'm always putting it off to the end of the day and then too tired to do anything. I respond well to challenges and group support so hopefully this is exactly what I need.

    In the 25 days left of September I will commit to 1500 minutes of exercise. That's 60 mins a day at least.

    Hi I'm not new to mfp but I have not done a challeng before. I would like to join in. How do we record and update and support?

    The workouts are so various I thought I'd just categorize the main areas by minutes spent in that area.

    Goal 2200 minutes

    9/01 = 40 minutes………..dog walk/jog
    9/02 = Rest Day
    9/03 = 90 minutes…………calisthenics, bike and weight lifting
    9/04 = 35 minutes………….brisk walk on the beach 
    9/05 = Another rest day
    9/06 = 120 minutes………..calisthenics, bike, strength training and swimming

    285/2200........I need to get my butt in gear!

    Ugh been neglecting MFP a bit:

    Sep 1 - 45 mins :: Walking
    Sep 2 - Rest
    Sep 3 - 98 mins :: Biking & Zumba
    Sep 4 - Rest
    Sep 5 - 99 mins :: Biking & Zumba
    Sep 6 - Rest
    Sep 7 - Walking around the zoo all day but no actual exercise recorded

    Week 1 (Sep 1- 7): 242 mins

    Total - 242 / 1,500 mins
    Remaining - 1258 mins

    I'll pledge to exercise at LEAST 1000 minutes. It's my first month doing it so I'll see how I make out with it :)

    Well, 3000 minutes is not going to happen this month or next... Knee surgery next Friday with about a month recovery.

    Hey, it depends on what works for you really. You could use pen & paper, a spreadsheet, a fitness tracking app such as strava/runkeeper/fitbit, or any other method you use currently. Alternatively if you are only doing it for this challenge you can simply record it directly here in this discussion.
