    Goal 2200 minutes

    I pledge to do 1,000 minutes for the month of September. This is my first month of tracking my exercise. How is everyone keeping tack of the minutes?

    Well, 3000 minutes is not going to happen this month or next... Knee surgery next Friday with about a month recovery.

    Hey, it depends on what works for you really. You could use pen & paper, a spreadsheet, a fitness tracking app such as strava/runkeeper/fitbit, or any other method you use currently. Alternatively if you are only doing it for this challenge you can simply record it directly here in this discussion.

    The biggest thing is that you keep moving forward! Even if you don't reach your goal, you've still made positive progress! Go you!

    9/12 = 75 minutes hiking in mountains
    9/13 = 120 minutes walking
    9/14 = 30 minutes swimming

    14 Day total = 755/2200

    I’m pretty far behind my goal but hope to make up for it now that I’m home again.
