    Well, not had such a promising start, unfortunately. Really need to fix a time to exercise early in the day so I don't postpone and then feel too tired.

    Only 90 mins so far. Should have done at least 300 so far. Need to get off my backside and push myself!

    9/12 = 75 minutes hiking in mountains
    9/13 = 120 minutes walking
    9/14 = 30 minutes swimming

    14 Day total = 755/2200

    I’m pretty far behind my goal but hope to make up for it now that I’m home again.
