I fell short of my goal... but this is my first month back exercising so I am proud that I stuck to it!0 -

Sept 1-7: 592 minutes
Sept 8-14: 463 minutes
Sept 15-21: 584 minutes
Sept 22: Rest
Sept 23: 63 walking and running
Sept 24: Rest
Sept 25: 266 barre class, walking, running
Sept 26: I did some walking around apple picking, but nothing tracked.
Sept 27: 59 walking and running
Sept 28: Rest. I had intended on doing two fitness classes but cleaned my house instead.
Sept 29: 120 yoga and weight training class (ouch!)
Sept 30: 161 walking and running, jazz dance class, belly dancing class
2308/2500 (original goal 2000!) I'm pretty happy with the results for September!
