How long has your wife been a member, and what country are you from? Scanning is a premium feature, but it seems like in some countries, people who have been members since before it was changed to be a premium feature still get it for free.

Haaha thank you! Honestly, I'd love to give tips, but my weight loss has been the effect of controlling the one thing that was controllable in a sea of turmoil and trauma. I guess that's the tip - when all is crazy and out of control, one thing you can still control is what goes in your mouth!

From the Oh Snap website, I'm guessing, you can then copy the link of the recipe into the MFP recipe builder and it will do its best ti import the ingredients. You'll need to check them carefully first, it's pretty fallible.

I have the Free version and I can see how many grams of each I'm having per day. Premium only lets you set a target by gram (instead of by percentage as free does). Both versions let you see how many grams you've had, however.
