11.. But it seems as though my feet may have shrunk with the weight loss, because tmy shoes are much more roomy now. Cant wait to go shoe shopping and see... maybe now I am a 10.5 :p

I am around the same height as you, I started in December at 207lbs, and MFP had my goal at 1200 calories per day (because I had set my goals to loose 2lbs/ week). Eating 1200 calories is very, very hard, but not impossible. I kept my meals to around 300 calories each, which left me with 300 calories for snacks through out…

For me: I count it, I have my activity level set at "sedentary" as I have an office job where I sit all day, but last weekend I swept and mopped my entire home, and got sweaty doing so! If it is a part of your regular daily activity AND you have your actvity level set to reflect it, then I would not count those as burned…

I agree with this to some degree, I lost 34 lbs in 3 months eating 1200 calories a day. If I wanted to eat more, I would excersize to earn more calories for that day... So it works, it got me moving! So I changed my goal to loose 1lb/ week, and now it says I can have 1470 cals/day! I am so excited!! I wont even know what to do with all these calories :)

Thank you all for yor advice! I love MFP :) So I re-visited my "goals" and changed from loosing 2lbs/week to 1.5 lbs/week, and it came up to 1220! So thats a start. I guess I will re-assess again when I loose more.

If I know I am going to be drinking later that evening I will eat a bit lighter all day, or excersise before hand. I stick to vodka and soda water, 69cal per drink, or white wine, around120cal/ glass. I dont drink any pop, or juice as mix. I started my weighloss plan based on an up-coming vacation as well, I had 2 months though and targeted to loose 20 pounds.. (2.5lbs a week..)
