I intend to up my exercise plan to burn those excess calories. I also agree with ashes - try to maintain healthy eating outside of a few special dinners.

Water or hot (caffeine-free) tea. I will also chew gum which is probably not the best idea, but if it keeps a brownie out of my mouth... I also do not shut myself off from sweets completely. I am on W1D2 - totally wiped out (sinus infection is not helping). Will hopefully get back on track on Wednesday. I am determined to get through Week 1...! Happy running all!
