  • Welcome!!!! I had my sleeve done on 2/18/15. My HW was 406, SW was 346 and CW is 308. Good luck to you on your surgery today. I hope it went well for you.
  • I know this feeling all too well I have gone from a size 26/28 to 22/20 in pants and tops but to me when I look in the mirror, I still feel like I look the same even though people tell me I am thinner. I just do not see it.

  • I decided that the lowest weight for me would be 200lbs. I also decided that I would be ok with being at 225 or around that weight. I decided that because of me being 6'1" that it would be a good range for me.
  • I sort of did before surgery but not too much. Some of the stuff that I ate before do not taste the same now. I think my biggest funeral was to coffee with caffeine in it and pop. I knew I would have to switch to decaf coffee and that pop/soda would no longer be something I could have. I feel better now so it has been…
  • I get it when I have had something too sweet or fatty. It is not pleasant at all. But it is making me make better choices as I still continue to adjust to my sleeve.
  • I am over 2 months out and have noticed that I am losing a bit more hair than usual. I have started taking Biotin and making sure to take my vitamins and protein intake is where it should be. Hoping it will stop soon.
  • Feel free to add me. I was sleeved on 2/18/15 - I am always up for getting to know people and become friends! :)
  • Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad from Bob Evans and that is without the dressing on it618 calories. The sodium is even better 1120 mg :frown: When I learned that my heart just broke ...here I thought I was being health conscious by having a salad.
  • I think for me it will be something I do all the time because I want to be able to go back and see what I am eating and compare. It makes me accountable for what I am putting in my mouth. I need the structure because I have tried going without tracking and went back to bad habits and gained what i lost plus more.
