  • I actually had to change my macros in order to stay under. I eat a lot of carbs compared to some. But my body doesn't seem to care, since I'm still losing. I would experiment with changing your macros and see what works with your body.

  • This. I married a man with two kids that he has custody of. Kids come first, your marriage second. If you can't understand that, then bail before the kids get used to you. A father will always put his kids first, just like a mom should too.
  • I crave chocolate a lot during that time. i've found that snack bars with chocolate or sixlets (low in cals and so good!) is a good way to control the cravings. Also, eat smaller meals and snack more often on lower calorie foods helps. Making small changes on what and when you eat during that time could help a lot.
