I'm down 4 lbs and loving every minute of it. I had no appetite for the food that I cooked and had stopped eating sweets (6 days now).

I brought my lunch yesterday (forgot to tell ya) and today I have a ham on wheat with mustard and a cup of carrots...I also brought my raisin bran and ff milk for breakfast. I did half of the exercises this morning and at lunch time I'll do 30 seconds and before I go home another 30 seconds. have a great day all.

did 50 ab crunches yesterday am/pm and did my 50 this morning...going to do a few (10 minute low impact) aerobics. Have to do better on water only got in 6 glasses. Already started this morning with 2

Hi all...I have a food question. My calories are low (according to MFP) but I have maxed my fat/protein. How can I get more calories without going into the negative on the fat/protein. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. That was reported yesterday after I finished eating all my tracked food too. HELP???
