i have been heavy my whole life. the lowest i have ever weighed was when i was 16/17 years old and than it was 145. got married at 18 and started gaining. my highest was 286 in 2005. in 06 my doctor said i was diabetic and needed to lose weight. i have been yo yo dieting for many years. but, this time i needed to take it off. i lost 80 #s in 9 months. than he wanted me to quit smoking. i did and found 30#s back. than life took us on roller coaster ride. i gained and lost 30 - 50 pounds during a few years. than that moment came in jan of this year. no more excuses. i went back to weight watcher with my daughter and it clicked. i have lost of 60 this year alone. i would like to at least see that 145 again. but, i don't think my doctor will like it. we shall see.
i now love the gym. excuse in my drug of choice. i work with a trainer now to begin the toning process. i have accepted my fat pictures. it helps me to accept me for who i am and what i have accomplished. i think this will help me keep it off and keep going. my sagging skin are my battle scares/reminders of where i have come from.
