  • I disagree on one account Cliff bar makes 100 cal bars. I usually hate the 100 cal packs but the cliff bar is the perfect snack form work pre gym. I also break it up and put it my yogurt...heaven. I agree the packs of 100 cals are usually filled with fake foods, flavors and lies.

  • I too love a protein shake. Its great for a post gym recovery. I mix in some flax seed and 1/4 cup blueberries and a 1/4 dannon light & Fit vanilla yogurt. Slap a few ice cubes...heaven. Its a great way not to snack while making dinner.
