^^^ This I also use the TDEE method.I Eat my TDEE minus 20%. I don't eat back exercise calories.I log 1 calorie for exercise, I don't log the actual number because it messes up my MICROS.

For me everyone started to notice when I hit aroud 20lbs. It does feel good for people to notice and give you compliments.:bigsmile:

That is awesome!! I love Leslie Sansone DVD's. She is totally awesome. I use her DVD's often when I can't get to the GYM. My hubby and I joke about her DVD's. He says "Hun are you going walk with Leslie today". I say, " Yes I am." He then says, "Tell her hi for me!" LOL. Leslie Rocks!! :happy:

Hubby noticed at about 10 lbs. But everyone else really stated to notice at about 20 lbs. I wear scrubs to work so it was kinf of hard to tell at first.

^^ this This is very good info. I have may macros set at 40p/40f/20c I eat 1400 cal. That puts me around 145g protien/67g fat/70g carbs I have tried other settings. This is what works for me.

Yeah , I agree. Since I have been putting my health first. I hardly have time for facebook anymore. Every now and then I have a few minutes to glance through it. Don' t miss it though.My MFP friends are awesome. :smile:
