  • I'm also trying to clean my life of alcohol. I've been sober a week, and am in the same boat as you. I find myself board very easily. For me, drinking was such a big part of my life I have to find other things to fill in the time wasted on it. I sure hope it gets better. I didn't realize how board I would be! Let's just…
  • I don't have an actual gym at work. I do body weight squats, leg lifts, calf extensions, and some resistance band exercises everyday in my office. It's not a lot, and I don't usually break a sweat, but it makes me feel better about sitting for so much time. I also like to get up at least once an hour and walk a bit. Most…

  • Thanks for the replies! How do I figure out what my BMR would be during the time I exercise? Take my total BMR (1500) and divide it by 24 (hours in the day)?
  • Thanks for the replies. That's kind of what I figured. I actually love my cardio, and enjoy doing it for long periods. It de-stress me. I use my weight machines about 3 times a week, but only for a short period (usually 10 minutes). Guess it's time to up that and get some free weights!
  • Count me in! Just bought the video today. Planned to start it tomorrow!
