thanks everybody. i am gonna do my very best to eat healthy and count calories at the same time. what do you guys recommend me eating for lunch and for snack? for breakfast, i eat a banana and yogurt and for dinner, well i can\t really control what i eat because my uncle cooks me dinner... and i can't refuse...

actually, i have another question. on myfitnesspal, it tells me to eat 1200 calories a day to lose 1 pound a week. however, other websites tell me to eat more.... i really don't know how many calories i should eat..? i said 1400 calories in the starting post but is this good enough? should i lower my calorie intake?

Thank you so much! The protein shake I am drinking is a Japanese brand so you are probably not aware of it..... but it's not for workout. It's made for weight loss and it's quite popular in Japan. Is there anything else I should add to my plan? Should I lower my calorie intake? and should I eat my exercise calories?

Thanks everyone. I decided to up my net calorie intake to 1330 and see what happens. If it seems too low, I will bring it up to 1400. I just want to make sure I do this right and not mess it up you know? haha

it doesn't accurately measure the calorie for me though :( also, it takes forever for the calorie count to appear... great idea though!

Oh duh! I meant 1 pound a week... yes :P I am eating the exercise calories back though... I make sure my net calories are 1200 - 1300... but I still binge.. and considering my height, I think it's enough for me. Maybe I am not eating enough... how would I lose weight then?
