Need help deciding what my activity level should be!

I am having some trouble figuring out where I should set my activity level. When I started using this site, I had set it to Light Activity. I worked a part time retail job that only amounted to 5-15 hours per week, about 4 hours a day. My job required that I be on my feet for a whole shift, and I was also doing some other activities like folding t-shirts, squatting down to adjust items at low height, etc. On my days off, I stayed active because I was always out doing things: cooking, cleaning, taking the dog to the park, etc.
I now have a new job that now has me working 40 hours per week, up to 9 hours per day. It is still retail, I am still on my feet, and I still do fixing and cleaning around the store. I feel that such a leap in hours worked should up my Activity Level, but not quite at the standard of the examples given for the Active level, like waitress and postal worker.
Should I change the setting? Or was my original setting under the old job an overestimate?

Hi. I don't know if this is cheating, but I am a hospital floor nurse but don't work in this role every day. So I kept my activity level on "Light" and then log my activity at work as part of my exercise. This got me more calories to eat during the day (hence - the cheating question)....0

I am a server and am on my feet and running around all day. I keep my activity level at moderate so that my calories are set at 1200 and strictly use exercise to gain more calories. I just don't want to cheat myself. That's just how I do it, I'm sure everyone does it differently. :glasses:0
