http://i62.tinypic.com/r0vxx2.jpg That is a photo. To me it looks bulky because I have very slim calves. My calf muscles don't build muscle though, I already train them and my job requires me to work 40 hours a week in heels so they definitely get a workout -_-

My height is 168cm. My weight is 60kg. I would like to weigh 55kg. I eat about 1000-1200calories a day. I physically can't eat any more because I get so full. I've tried eating more and I gain fat. I burn about 300-450 calories at the gym. Should I eat even less?

I walk about 10,000 steps a day at work. I am so bad at running how can i get started doing it? The most I do is 6 hill sprints or HIIT sprints after my workouts or some sledwork. I thought because i walk consistently at work 8 hours a day that would be enough cardio

My BMR is 1468 according to the calculator. My bodyfat % last time it was measured was 18%. My job requires me to be on my feet for 40 hours a week.
