  • I count my coffee and tea, but that is usually only 1 cup a day. The best way I found to up my water intake was by using Camel Bak water bottle. I have a 4 cup one that I fill and take to work, and about mid day have to refil, by the time I leave I've sipped my 8 glasses by simply having it close by and ready to drink

  • Could you do upper body strength work outs, or even low impact workouts in the pool?
  • I want to be what I have never been: in shape and a healthy weight. My motivation to get my butt to the gym is that, and when i lack that I take classes 4 times a week with friends, so they are always expecting me to be at the gym at least 4 times a week.
  • See if they would prepare a chicken breast plain with glaze on the side, and some veggies. Otherwise a grilled steak isnt a bad choice as long as it isn't later drenched in butter or blue cheese ect. Good luck!!
  • Had the same problems, got a HRM and love it. I usually do not eat my exercise calories back, but I still like to log them on here. I personally use the Polar FT4 which is a nice HRM, easy to use and most important has a chest strap, which you need for more accuracy. I think you can get them for around $89(USD) on line.
