What is your exercise achilles How to overcome
Stairs!! Are mine. :sad: I work out at least 4 times a week doing Spin class, a boot camp and 2 work outs with a trainer ( mostly weights/boot camp style work outs). Thoughts on 2 a days
I have been thinking of trying to wake up early and get 30 to 45 min on the treadmill in the morning, as well as continue my regular after work workouts. I am hoping this will help me blast through my current plateau. Anyone have any advice for 2 a day workouts....are they worth it?

I think food items should be charged a penny per calorie, that way low calorie foods would be cheap and easier to afford, and we would think twice about high calorie, high price food :)
