Stairs

Any advice on making either running stairs, or using the stair machine a fun work out??? Everytime my trainer thinks he has found an exercise for me to hate, I am challenging myself to love it. So I need to find a way to like the stairs :grumble:

    Stairs are actually the best type of exercise to do. When I climb out onto the stair stepper @ the gym I crank up the music and work it! I think of it as being my body is lifting and my legs are gettin thinner. It helps mentally. But music is def a must!!!

    or find a local stadium where you can run the bleachers...it's more fun b/c you're outside and usually there are people around, and they'll think your a bad *kitten* for running the bleachers :)

    I read while I'm on the stair machine. It makes it pass quickly. Just have to be careful and somewhat coordinated LOL
