I try and drink a water in between any drink I have. It has helped me keep my calories down for a night out.

I get the no way is there that many calories in .... from most people. The one that really gets me and its not really an argument, just a dumb question, is "well, where can you go out eat" :noway: To which I can respond, anywhere I want.

Look into tabata work outs, many on youtube or on here. You do an exercise for 20 seconds, then rest 10 for 8 reps. Pick 8 different exercise sets. Some to consider, burpees, squat jumps, push ups.

Tea, coffee, and water mixed with flavor packets (I add the calories from the extras) and of course good old tap water :smile:

I get this too, the only shoes that I dont get the numbness in is my 5 finger shoes ( the toe shoes) its like being on the elliptical barefoot.
