  • 24 here and been on my fitness pal diligently since the beginning of this year. Lost 10 pounds and still have 15 to lose. I really plan on sticking to this even after I reach my goal weight so I don't gain again. If anyone feels that want support/motivation feel free to add me :)
  • It a focus...not a competition. They give you meditations to do daily for 3 weeks so that could be the "challenge" so to speak, getting yourself to meditate for 15 minutes every day during that time.

  • Jester is correct, if you are not eating enough for your body, it will keep the weight. Maybe try increasing calories a little, especially if you exercise! If you exercise try and eat those calories back. Best of luck!
